Filter by Status: Your Custom View System
Didn't we cover status filters in Status View? Almost, but we have another handy trick.
Statuses turn your entire task list within a project or area into a filterable system. Add a status with a shortcut or right-click → Status to set one. Then, you can click that status at the top of the view in the filter bar. It's like creating custom views on the fly - no setup required, just click and filter.
You can also filter by source - where the item came from. Click a status in the filter bar, then click a source pill like Twitter (err...X) or Web to see only items with that status that you clipped from Twitter or saved from the web. Sources let you layer on an additional filter.
