Connect an
MCP Client
Let an outside AI tool read, write, and queue work in Pachinko.
BEFORE YOU START
Know What You Are Exposing
MCP lets compatible AI clients work with visible Pachinko data. Before you connect, hide any project that should stay out of automatic AI browsing.
Settings > AI > Enable MCPHide from AI on projects that should not be browsed automatically.Hidden projects are skipped in normal lists and scans. If you deliberately select hidden notes as context or give a client specific note or section IDs, Pachinko treats that as permission to use those items for that request.
THE STEPS
Enable, Connect, Test
In Pachinko, open Settings and go to the AI tab.
Turn on MCP.
Open your MCP-compatible AI tool.
Add Pachinko using your client's MCP server setup flow.
Ask the client to list visible projects or notes.
Ask it to create a small test note, then delete it when you are done.
