HOW QUICK CAPTURE WORKS

Quick Capture: Clip Content from Anywhere

Quick Capture works in Apple Mail, Apple Messages, PDFs in Apple Preview, and your browser. Press Cmd+; (configurable in settings) and it clips directly to your Inbox as a new task. When you've selected text, it captures your selection. If nothing's selected and you're in a browser, it grabs the whole page. And for YouTube videos, we automatically grab the transcript when available.

This is perfect for capturing anything: research articles, email snippets, messages you need to act on, quotes from PDFs, whatever. See something worth saving? Select it, Cmd+;, done. YouTube video? Cmd+; grabs the transcript. In a browser without a selection? Cmd+; grabs the whole page. Everything lands in your Inbox where you can use with it later.
